Since Mai 2007 both Radio station from French Lagardere Active started using a whole concept based on AXIA Lifewire and ZENON-MEDIA ALL IN ONE AUDIO.

In Bucarest they have now one of few sound card less Radio station in Europe using only audio over IP from PC through the Mixing console up to the main on air Matrix which is also an AXIA engine.

All 4 studios of the radio building are using AXIA engine on a Lifewire Network. Both Radio station are merged together in the main AXIA matrix so that each on air studio is able to go on air for each channel. This was designed to have a perfect security level. In this case the 4 on air studios are seen as a studio pool for both channels.

Thank to the Lifewire technology no sound card are used at all for the on air studios. Also some Editing workstation are connected directly over their Network interface to the main AXIA matrix.

It is possible to listen and monitor all streams at any location in the building.

To increase the security and the bandwidth the audio Lifewire is on a dedicated network card so audio network (Lifewire) and File Network are isolated.
