Be One, launched by Emmis Belgium Managing Director Jan d'Haese in May 2004, is a relatively new Station aimed at 25- to 49-year-old urban listeners. Today, a talk-free weekend program aired by the 11-outlet network has the second highest average listening time in the Country; only public Station Vlaamse Radio en Televisieomroep (VRT) Radio 2 has more listeners. ...
